Yes, our formulas prioritize gentle, plant-based ingredients. However, we always recommend performing a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before full application to ensure compatibility with your unique skin chemistry.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We hand-pour our products in small batches to ensure freshness. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing, followed by 3-5 business days for standard shipping within the continental United States.
Do you use synthetic fragrances or parabens?
Never. We are committed to clean beauty standards. All scents are derived from therapeutic-grade essential oils and botanical extracts, and our products are free from parabens, phthalates, and sulfates.
What is your return policy?
Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our apothecary items, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your item arrives damaged or you experience an issue, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Sustainability is at our core. We use recyclable glass jars, biodegradable packing peanuts, and FSC-certified paper boxes to minimize our environmental footprint.
Are Seagrape Apothecary products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We are 100% cruelty-free and do not test on animals. The vast majority of our line is vegan, with the exception of select balms that utilize ethically sourced local beeswax.
